Lucie Kim-Chi MERCIER

Lucie Kim-Chi Mercier, docteure de philosophie, est membre associée du LLCP, après y avoir été chercheuse postdoctorale invitée en 2020-2021 et chercheuse postdoctorale invitée du Program in Critical Theory de l’Université de Californie, Berkeley en 2021-2022. Son projet de recherche, soutenu par une bourse du FNS se concentre sur l’œuvre philosophique de Frantz Fanon dans le contexte d’une réflexion d’ordre à la fois historique et épistémologique sur les rapports entre philosophie, territorialité et critique de la race. Elle a suivi le cursus d’études du Centre for Research in Modern European Philosophy (CRMEP). Après y avoir soutenu sa thèse en 2016, elle y conduit des activités d’enseignement et de recherche en 2016-2019. Ses thèmes de recherche portent sur la philosophie de la race et de la postcolonialité, la transdisciplinarité, la philosophie de la traduction, la philosophie des sciences humaines, le structuralisme et l’historiographie de la philosophie. Elle est membre du collectif éditorial de la revue Radical Philosophy
